Code of Conduct
We strive to create a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants of the Shakarim Solveathon. Adherence to these rules is mandatory for everyone: participants, mentors, organizers, and partners.
Expected Behavior
- Be respectful. Treat all participants with respect, regardless of their experience, background, gender, race, religion, or views.
- Collaborate. The Solveathon is a place for sharing ideas. Help others and don't be afraid to ask for help.
- Be professional. Constructive criticism is welcome, but personal attacks are unacceptable.
- Follow the rules. Adhere to the competition rules and the instructions of the organizers.
Unacceptable Behavior
- Insults and harassment. Any form of harassment, including offensive comments, intimidation, or unwelcome attention.
- Discrimination. Any discriminatory behavior or statements.
- Plagiarism. Presenting someone else's work as your own is strictly forbidden.
- Breach of confidentiality. Unauthorized disclosure of data provided by the companies.
Consequences of Violations
Participants who violate the rules may be warned or immediately disqualified from the event without the right to receive prizes. The decision is made by the organizing committee.
